A sanctuary ready for every service and every event.
Churches, mosques, synagogues and other houses of worship fill and empty on a schedule most buildings do not have. Sanctuaries, fellowship halls, classrooms and restrooms need to be ready before doors open, and turned around again afterward.
Three service lines, one contract.
We work around service times, weddings and funerals, and we keep the building ready without getting underfoot.
What congregations care about.
Ready for the weekend
The building has to be ready for weekend services. Cleaning is scheduled before services, with a reset after.
Events through the week
Weddings, funerals and community events come up on short notice. Extra cleanings can be added around them.
Fellowship halls and kitchens
Halls and kitchens used for meals are cleaned after use, with kitchen surfaces cleaned and sanitized.
Care for the space
Pews, wood and finishes are cleaned with products suited to them, and floors are maintained on a schedule.
Budget
Many congregations run on a tight budget. The program is scoped to the days and rooms you use, not a building-wide nightly clean.
How a program for a house of worship runs.
| Cadence | Before and after weekend services, with extra cleanings around events; floors on their own schedule. |
|---|---|
| Time of day | Weekdays or before services, around your calendar. |
| Crew | A dedicated team that knows your building, with trained backup. |
The checklist.
- Sanctuary and seating
- Entrances and narthex
- Fellowship hall and kitchen
- Classrooms and offices
- Restrooms cleaned and restocked
Equipment, supplies and the record.
Equipment
Commercial-grade floor equipment and vacuums.
Supplies
Every cleaning chemical, tool and supply is included in the service agreement. Restroom consumables (paper, soap, liners) can be included in the program or stocked by you, whichever your purchasing prefers.
Documentation
Every visit is on the record in your client portal, with its photos. Safety data sheets and product documentation for anything we use are available on request, and so are certificates of insurance.
The schedules we quote.
| Commercial cleaning | Daily, multiple times a week, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or a one-time deep clean |
|---|---|
| Floor care | Strip and wax, buff and burnish, tile and grout, after close |
| Window washing | Monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually or one-time |

What house of worship owners ask.
How quickly can you start service on a new property?
For most properties, we can begin within 5-7 business days of signing an agreement. We use that time to conduct building-specific training and coordinate access credentials with your management office.
How often should VCT floors be stripped and waxed?
It depends on traffic volume. High-traffic areas like main lobbies and corridors typically need a full strip-and-wax 3-4 times per year. Lower-traffic areas may only need it 1-2 times. We recommend interim buff-and-recoat service between full strip cycles to maintain appearance.
How often should commercial windows be cleaned?
Most office and commercial properties clean windows quarterly. Retail storefronts and hospitality properties often require monthly service. Buildings in high-pollution or construction-adjacent areas may need more frequent cleaning. We recommend a frequency based on your building's exposure and tenant expectations.
